What a fun set. Love the starburst and the blue shading towards the center...reminds me a little of those Curtis Jere starburst wall hangings.
Could be from the later 50s or the 60s.

I agree with late '50's - to early '60's. It looks like the stones are "black" diamonds (kind of a smoky grey) and they were very popular in the very late 1950's.
