brrrrrr How warm or cold are you today?

Me too! We had an icy rain all week...yesterday it went up to 35--heat wave--so everything started melting and today it has dropped to the low teens so everything is thick, thick ICE. Plus we are having 50+ mile an hour winds, which is not good when trees have so much weight of the ice on them.....and I live in the woods. :censored2:

Winter go away!

17 below wind chill last time I heard. Staying home ALL DAY.....in jammies and robe! I am so SO SO SO sick of winter!!! We got 10 inches of snow Tuesday, so far this winter we've had 40 inches total.

Thats so wrong.

I'm still at my dad's, but only for another 2 hours. Then I get to be on Amtrak back to NYC until 11 or 12 tonight. I'm an hour away from Tiffany in Niagara County and the weather here has been the same as there. There was a white-out this morning for a bit with the high winds & snow.

BUT, I have been THRILLED to experience just a little bit of winter, as NYC has had next to NO snow in January. I hope we get BLASTED with snow & sub-zero temps for the rest of Feb. Then spring can show up March 1st. ;)

I'm kind of bummed about leaving the snow here today because I highly doubt NYC is going to get much snow. Oh well.

It's spring weather here in Leicestershire! Blue skies, green grass, mild- we went to the antique centre in Lincolnshire today where they have a market in the car park and it was packed with people enjoying the spring weather! The daffodils are staring to grow now too!
I tell you what, I don't miss -40 wind chill Montreal winters!

Won't be sending out any "Wish you were here" postcards

Hovering in the 40s and 50s, above freezing almost all winter. My sheltered back yard has never gone dormant...roses are still leafed. Unfortunately, my yard is the low point on the block and is a MUD PIT...

I don't know the exact temperature here but it's darn cold and the wood stove is cranking. I am praying that it doesn't snow tomorrow because I have about one brain cell left from the weekend with my girls and DH all here with me together LOL.
