"Short Bomber Jacket" is what I would call it. Burberrys (with the S) is pre-1998, and the main inner label with the single apostrophe places it pre-1990 as they got rid of the ' sometime in the late 1980s. So, with that in mind and considering the style I would say it is vintage 1980's. It is a great jacket- That lining is wonderful!
Additionally, the Burberry Equestrian Knight logo, which includes the Latin word "Prorsum" meaning "forwards," was created in 1901 and registered as a trademark in 1909. The "Burberry Prorsum" line served as a benchmark for other brands, catering to those who prioritize style and wish to be at the forefront of fashion trends. Burberry Prorsum was considered the most expensive line within the Burberry brand.
