Button Question

How can I tell what kind of buttons these are?
Bakelite? Something else? They have a kind of pearl look.
Any info would be much appreciated!

What a dynamite dress!!! I'm guessing the classic 50s pearlescent plastic button. Bakelite would tend to be from the 20s/30s.

Yes, they look like "dyed-to-match" plastic, good old buttons, and so nice that they all appear to be present. That's a plus!

Great dress! I've always liked that style, it's very similar to a Barbie doll dress I used to have, the outfit was called After 5 and it had a large organdy picture hat!
