Campus Outerwear - Coat Identification Help

Can anyone help me find out more about this coat? When I search for anything similar by brand online I can’t locate anything by this Campus brand.

I personally have not, and they look a bit 'off' for the style. That said, can you get a photo of the seams where they attach? That should clear it up.

It's entirely possible that someone added them as part of a costume (It would be a passible "Austin Powers" type of jacket with those cuffs.)

Here’s a photo. They do looked to be tacked on to the sleeve. If so, would you remove to re-sell the original jacket? I still can’t locate one similar anywhere.
