forums! Do you have access to the shirt so you can take a photo that shows the complete tag?

ETA: in reviewing again, I see that the second photo does show it - Best Collection. Is there an RN number anywhere? Does the tag identify where it was made?

Hi there the photos I've attached are the only tags on the shirt, there is a material tag and the one at the top of the shirt saying best collection

the only thing the tag says really is 100% Viscose which im assuming is the material. literally nothing else its got me slightly confused just with there being no brand on it

I did find two other garments with your tag on eBay by searching "best collection" - a pair of board shorts and a lady's cotton sweater. One seller was from Ukraine, the other from Arkansas.

Best Collection is the brand. Unfortunately, both words will turn up all sorts of unrelated stuff in searches.

I'm going a tad newer - early 90s, with those jewel tones and baroque squiggles....

Early 90’s, 93 ish is my best guess. Lots of these around after the Versace silk shirts smacked the fashion world in the face.

the image attached is a Versace ‘vogue’ shirt from the 1991 collection (as far as I know).

Agree with early '90s. It looks Versace inspired to me too.
