Can anyone help me date this picnic basket?

I have come across this adorable picnic basket, and was wondering if anyone might know what decade it's from. It seems very 1970's to me, but I honestly have no idea. It's a real shame it's missing two cups, because everyting else is in great shape. Also, is this real wicker or plastic? I am assuming the straps are real leather, though I'm not too sure.

I am afraid to say it looks brand new to me. (from the style of the plastic ware, basket findings etc) These are still being sold in places like TKMaxx today.

Thank you! I defintely saw that there are some being sold that look similar to this, the only thing that makes me feel it might not be brand new is wear in the fabric on the inside, but I trust your instincts better! Thank you!
