Can anyone identify these brooches/pins?

I received a lot of costume jewelry, mostly Avon. But when I tried to identify these two pieces I'm left completely stumped! They are both unsigned pieces, not real gold/gold plated, and did not come in their packages. The first brooch has the shape of a maltese cross but with 5 sides like the Legion of Merit/Honour, what I think are 6 Fleur De Lis' between the maltese ends, and what looks like Queen Victoria's crown or the King of Prussia's crown with one blue center stone and 5 smaller, red stones on the maltese ends. The second brooch I don't even know how to describe other than it's a drop pendant with two purple stones and a blue teardrop shaped center stone. Help!

The first brooch could be 1950s, and Florenza did pieces like this as well as other firms. However this style was popular in the late 1980s as well. The second brooch looks 1980s to me.

We have some jewelry collectors here on the VFG who might come along and be of more help.

Here are some pics of the backs.
