Can anyone tell me anything about Victor Josselyn?

hope you’re having a brilliant day! I have a couple of very pretty 1950s Victor Josselyn dresses en route, but don’t know anything about the label!

Can anyone tell me anything about the company? They seem to have a very lovely French looking art noveau style label!

I don't know much about this label but have seen them over the years... It's a British label so maybe someone in the UK might know more about it.
