Can someone help dating this faux fur coat?

I'm a bit lost with this faux fur coat.
Can someone please help dating it?
There aren't any labels and the lining looks like polyester.

Are you sure this is a faux fur? Is there any way to get under the lining at the hemline to see if it is a skin?
Are the bands a suede or leather or fabric?

Oh, thanks! @poppysvintageclothing and @carla rey , then I'm glad I didn't list it yet.
I'm not used to furs at all, so no, I'm not sure it isn't real fur.
I think it's well sewn everywhere and it won't be easy to get under the lining, but I think it worths going under the hemline and check if it's a skin.
I think the bands are leather, Yes, although I'm not 100% sure neither.
Do you have any other trick to check if it's real fur or what animal might it be so I check those on the internet?
It's quite slim, I wasn't able to button it and barely on the mannequin.
Do you think this might be 60s? I'm between 60s and 80s, but not sure at all.

It looks later 1960s to me or very early 1970s.

Carefully pull a few hairs from the fur and place them in a flame.

Burnt real fur smells like burnt human hair, but fake fur smells like burning plastic and forms a very hard plastic ball between the finger and thumb.
