Can someone help me put a specific era on this dress?

This is handmade. No label.
The zipper is made of plastic with individual teeth?
The sleeves have those push in snaps.
The lining is of a hard 'crispy' material and there is no serged seams just straight (in some areas, uneven) stitching.
