Can someone help please

Hi,

My vintage clothing supplier has informed me she is moving to spain and has decided to retire from wholesale vintage clothing. As you can appreciate this couldn't have come at worst time of the year :icon_wall:.

I am wondering if someone can point me in the direction of a good vintage clothing supplier (I cover the era's of the 30-50's) I'm based in the UK but I am happy and keen to speak to anyone in US.

From what I've heard, there's a real shortage of suppliers these days in the UK, and I personally never have known of any reputable, high-volume wholesalers here in the U.S. Some people buy lots on eBay. I've had good luck & bad doing that. If you buy from a seller with great feedback and/or you personally have done business with them before, you should be OK doing that.

Try Craigslist, too; I've seen a few ads for large vintage clothing lots. You also may want to post to the "Wanted" thread here and give an idea of what specifically you're looking for. Sometimes people here have "overstock" and are willing to make up small lots to wholesale if they know somebody has a specific need.
