Can someone tell me about this designer?

Have a couple of 70's dresses with the label "Don Luis de Espana". Was wondering if anyone can give me any information about him. Couldn't find his name in the label resource page.

There is no book on the breakthrough Spanish designers of the 1960s and 70s, but I don't recognize him at all, even though I have heard some of their names from time to time.

Other wise, haven't found anything at all.
