First I got this Gunne Sax, I have no idea anything about them, I just think it's very cool- is it vintage?

Now these two, at first I thought 80s for sure, but now I'm thinking 90s - what do you think?

I think it was Ralph Lauren who was showing a "city farm girl" look on the runway - overalls, denim, with some girly elements. Maybe this will help the first dress - LMK when you put it up. That's the same Gunne label that is in the label resource from a 70s dress...but labels weren't always stopped and started at an exact time so could be just a hint later. I remember having longish denim skirts as hand me downs my cousins wore in the late 70s and early 80s and it reminds me of that.

I think you are right about the last dress being early 90s. Everything was black black black for a year. Everything was a miniskirt too. I could be wrong, but that's my best guess. it sort of reminds me of something I had from Shelli Segal's Laundry at the time.
 
I think your Gunne (which is really cute!) is late 70s, the 2nd dress 80s, and the third probably 90s, as Chris says. The collar thingy looks 80s, but that waistline and skirt length look much more 90s to me...
 
Cool thanks ladies! I'm glad you think the flower one is 80s b/c I want to add it in my Pinktober Campaign - the black one I agree, I think the collar is what made me think 80s, then when I had it on the mani I was like hmmmm... :) Patent, I'll message you about the GUnneSax :)

Maybe its a cusper or just barely 90s - like how people always mistake the 1990-1994 shoulder padded stuff as 80s just because of the pads..like a carry over element. But the rest of the dress looks 1993-96 to me for some reason but I could be wrong. Maybe someone can come by and enlighten me.
 
You mean the floral one? or the black one - hopefully someone will come, I like to have 2 or more in agreement before I list things if I'm unsure of the dates.
 
I think Chris & I both mean the last one (the black) is 90s. Whether early 90s or later, I don't know. I was just commenting that the collar looked 80s, but the waistline and skirt look 90s--so I went with 90s, too.

I think you can safely say the floral is 80s, and the Gunne late 70s....
