Can you help dating this dress?

Hi,
I think this dress might be from 60s but still doubt a bit about if it's the right era.

The fabric is quite thick and kind of puffy. It's made in Spain.

Looks late 70s to me - 78ish

I also see 1970s, second half of the decade. The fabric might a polyester double knit. Yhose could often feel spongy or puffy and it was a popular fabric of the time.
