Can you help decipher the owner's name on this WW2 US Navy bridge coat?

I'm looking for help with deciphering the owner's name on the label of this WW2 US Naval bridge coat, please.
I get the C.W. but then... I'm not even sure of the first letter of the last name, let alone the rest of it. If the first letter were a C or an E, I would have thought it would have a little curlicue like the C in C.W. or the E in Ens. (ensign). So, then I thought maybe it was an A... Ugh, I don't know!

It looks to me like Centines and in a super-fast look at some records, I found at least three draft records for men with the last name Centines (but not any first name that would fit with the C.W.)

Thank you, for some reason I never saw that but I do believe that's it. (I was stuck on thinking the last four letters were "inur".)
How does one check military records?
