Can you help identify this dress?

Greetings,

I found this dress and fell in love. The seller said she believes it was from Argentina.

The label looks like "Fontana Hunger". No luck searching. I will have it altered to fit me and I'm just curious as to its history.

What a sweet dress! It looks 30s influenced, but I see it has a nylon zipper, and the lace looks newer as well. It is possible that it was custom made by someone who had their own labels made.
