Can you help identify this jumpsuit label and do you think all this trim is added?

Another odd question I hope you vintage experts can help with. In my amdram store that I'm sorting for our sale I've come across this black jumpsuit which has a label which I can't read or identify. I've taken a photo I hope will help. Also as you can see it has lots of flower decoration, each stitched by hand, together with some chiffon at the sides and chiffon sleeves also embellished with flowers and pearl. The side pieces are are coming away and need attention.

So, can you help with if you've any idea what the label is and rough age (I'm imagining 1970s?) and whether the decoration/chiffon sides and sleeves should be there (I rather think they shouldn't but really don't know). Photos showing whole garment, back, sleeves, inside and arm hole seams. IMG_0539.JPG IMG_0540.JPG IMG_0541.JPG IMG_0542.JPG IMG_0545.JPG IMG_0547.JPG

I have never come across that label. The colours look like a flag - that might be a clue.

It looks like an odd mix of styles - 70s jumpsuit paired with a 60s peignoir. Perhaps a costume piece?

I think the Jamaican coloured label is original to the jumpsuit, I can't make it out as is - can you get a lighter shot?

Yes, I agree with the others: the label is original to the jumpsuit and a '60s wedding dress has been reconstructed and attached to it to make a hybrid style for a costume.

Thanks everyone for your help on my strange conundrum! It's certainly taken a lot of work to attach all those little flowers! Interesting thought about the flag aspect to the label - I hadn't thought about that.
