Can you help me date & cost this Issey Miyake

I have been given a Issey Miyake suit which I would like to date and cost. I think it is late 70's.

The style of the top is similar to a kimono. The pants are similar to wrap around 'fisherman's pants'. Both items have fabric panels. The label on both items say:

EL46013
Size S
100% linen
Exclusive of ornamentation
Made in Japan

It is mushroom in colour with black/dark brown stripes. Attached are pics. It needs a dry clean and I am no photographer, but you'll get the gist.

Any feedback would be welcomed

I think your date sounds about right. Late 70s to early 80s would be my guess too. As far as price, it depends on where you will be selling it. A good presentation will help get a better price. If you could have it cleaned or at least steamed out and possibly have someone model it I think that would help. Try searching ebay completed auctions for price ranges. Good Luck!
