Just picked these adorable Ferragamo heels up at a local goodwill with a couple other designer brand intage shoes ! They were only $4.99. I’m just wondering what year these are from.

Those look to be in great shape! I am not a shoe expert, but a Ferragamo in this lady-like style says late 1980s to early 90s to me.
