I was vacillating between 40's & 50's, & I truly think it's probably 40's.

Great bag, and I agree with 40s--the straps, particularly, look that era, though I'm more used to seeing them with the fixed rings. Do these stitch right into the frame? Adorable tag, too!

I just picked up a Mel-Ton bag, but newer nowhere as cute as yours. But it's a nice brand, I think!

Anne - The handles are stitched on to the actual top Body of the purse where the cording ends.
