Can you help me get these Parisian monuments right?

I a) can't remember whether I've asked this before (it will have been a long time ago) and b) am being way too lazy/tired to work this out for myself. Hence, I'm going to shamelessly exploit you guys.

Can you peer at this and see what I may be missing? I see Notre Dame, Arc de Triomphe, Obelisk, Eiffel Tower... what about the rest? Is one of them the Opera? the... *brain waves little white flag*

I have to admit, the glass of red wine I drank before attempting to list tonight has *not* helped...

Here's the jacket on the dress (two metal zips at neck and side) - I'm thinking.... just post-war? It's most likely American, as I imported it back to Europe under my own steam...

Thanks for all help!

Ahoy Lin!

Do I see The Sacré-Coeur basilica, Montmartre? Fountain at Place de la Concorde? I don't think I see the opera.

No real help...I just wanted to say bonjour to you!!

Ah, hello Maggie! So nice to hear from you! Ah *comedy French accent, or bad, in my case* vous parles francais avec moi! (or something)

Gosh, I do miss hanging out here. Here I am at half-midnight again, desperately trying to list...

You know, I'm not sure about Monmartre; I think one of the domed buildings *could* be it, but there aren't the columns, and there should be two more domes on either side... confusing.

Thanks, Amanda, you're right - I googled lions and found Porte des Lions (they just looked vaguely familiar to me, but too confused with Trafalgar Square for me...)

I'm still a bit stumped by the square tower on its own that isn't Notre Dame... ?

Ah! Thanks Nicole! You got two that I was absolutely stumped by; I've certainly never been to l'église de la Madeleine, so was stuck on that one. The Pantheon I've walked past a few times on work-related visits, and it slowly dawned on me what that was (literally - when travelling, it took me a few times, like 'oh, *that's* what that is!')

Thanks all! Any more suggestions I'll try to revise asap...

By the way, I think it's early '40s. I've just seen the film "The Edge of Love", set in London and Wales during WW2 and the frock would not be amiss amongst their costumes.
