can you help me price these utility land army trs please

hi ..havent posted on here for a very long time....with my business being busy..

these 2 trs came into work...( sorry about the quality of the pics)

one of the is a pair of land army breeches... which have never been worn... but some marking and crackling to the leather inner knee part.

and the other pair i am not to sure of ? are they wwII as well?

Oh those are COOL! I'd wear those to go riding in now! I LOVE flared breeches, wish they'd come back in fashion for riding :)
What waist sizes are they?

the first pair the actual breeches style one, there isnt a size on them, but the wait measurement is approx 18.5 inches across, so that would be 36 inch waist/hip

hope that makes sense...lol..

the second pair are more army trs and are smaller 16 inches across, so that is approx 30 inch waist, but it does look smaller than that to me
 
If it wasn't for the Utility label, I'd swear the first were WWI cavalry jodhpurs, and they certainly wouldn't have been worn in combat during wwII (not worn by infantry). Even the flare to them seems a bit dramatic for any kind of army issue. Perhaps they were military issue for some sort of horse cavalry/ riding school?
