Can you please help me date this Vintage Hawaiian Dress?

It looks very 1960s to me.
I was thinking the same!
It has two slits under the armpits that need to be sewn. Would you suggest fixing it before selling or selling as is and adjusting the price?

There were a lot of small mom and pop manufacturers in the 60s, many of them didn't last long, but there are some super wonderful designs out there to be found!
the slits (i imagine) may have been made to accommodate for too small of an armhole opening. the easy way to move it along would be to sell as-is with images to show the slits and full disclosure of them. I would also suggest measuring around the armhole opening and including that in your description as well.
