Canadian Union label question

This union label is from the newboys hat. I thought 60s on the hat, but I have never come across this Canadian Union label before with a building in the center. Does anyone have any information on this label or when they stopped using it?

Thanks!

Thanks, Harriet. The building looks like it might be the Chateau Laurier in Ottawa or (Frontenac in Quebec City); so I'm thinking maybe it was an anniversary year or something???

Hi Deb,

The fact that it is a bilingual label would lead me to believe that it is from the 1970s after Bill 101 passed.

I personally am not familiar with the label.

Hope you are having a great day, it's beautiful out there, I am stuck inside taking care of shipping duties.

Bye for now,
