Welcome to the forums - through google I found a company called Casablanca who do polo gear including leather jackets - but I don't think that's your Casablanca. I also found a number of leather jackets for sale through etsy and other places, from the '70s and '80s - I think that's your Casablanca. You probably found these too.

I date your jacket to the very late '70s to very early '80s and wouldn't call it a biker jacket as it's more of a fashion item than protective gear. I can see some blow-waved guy wearing it to a nightclub with tight trousers and nice shoes.

Ha! Awesome! Thanks. I was that blow-wave guy (in the late 80s...small town was a little behind). Though I thought this was a woman's jacket. It's pretty small. I was also kinda feeling the New Wave or Punk thing. I could be totally be off base though. I love VTG but I'm pretty new to it.

It's sized 5/6, so it's a ladies jacket.

You're quite right: it closes right over left - thank you for pointing that out. I'll put it a little further into the early '80s now, but not too far - pre '83.
