Cedric's of Rosemount necktie ACWA Label

i found this tie and I thought it was really pretty. Love the shiny maroon colors to it. I was wondering if anyone knew anything about the Cedric's label and if anyone could help me date the tie. I can't find a similar ACWA tag anywhere.
This tie is:
55 Inches long
2 & 5/8 Inches wide

I found a 1975 reference to a clothing store called Cedric's of Rosemount in a shopping center in Rosemount MN. I also found the RN number on your tie belonged to Damon Creations, so I gather Damon Creations made the tie and it was sold at Cedric's of Rosemount MN.

In THIS article about Rosemount MN it notes: "Cedrics Clothing Store in The Galleria in Edina began in the downstairs portion of Ken Rose Shopping Center, now known as the Rosemount Mall, on Highway 3. Cedric Kirschner moved his store to The Galleria in the early 1980s." so, on the assumption that the name Cedric's of Rosemount was the name of the Ken Rose shopping mall store, your tie is no newer than 'the early 1980s.'
