I am looking for an expert who might be able to help me identify some characteristics related to Ceil Chapman. Specifically I would like to know if there are certain attributes of a gown that would point it to being, or not being, a Ceil Chapman.

Ceil Chapman was a great designer and her dresses are really very beautiful and adorable. Her dresses can be identified by scoop neckline and narrow sleeves. Again you can look for the label on the dress for its brand name.
