We've discussed Chanel Adaptation labels several times, but I don't see one or any information on the Label Resource List.
I'm sorry I didn't see Jody's. I have one from the 30s. Black velvet long very straight coat, tie collar. At neck edge, right side is rounded; left extends and is straight to make the underlap. The sleeves are a leg-of-mutton variation with very long cuff. Sleeves need stays from armscye to top of the cuff so they would drape more attractively.
Construction is pretty cheap.
I have an Chanel Adaptation ad for a different coat.
