Chanel Boutique Suit's with Matching Vests

I bought these the other day and I have never seen anything in this style by Chanel. They look to be 60's or 70's to me and in wonderful condition. I'm questioning if they are real Chanel. They don't seem to be real leather, however I could be mistaken, and on the plaid jacket the material is definitely a very cool synthetic that you would see in the 70's. Wondering what everyone's thought are on these. There are no tags other than the Chanel Boutique tags.

Thank you for your kind comment. I quite understand. I'm not looking for authentication rather if was looking if anyone recognized these styles or had any comments to the era of their origination. I have never seen Chanel in this style or fabrics.
