Hi, there's some interesting information on a previous thread that you may find useful. This is an Australian label, based in New South Wales, trading off the name of the French fashion house. My first thought date wise was the 60s, although the other thread mentions 50s dresses.

Yes, I just remembered that post too - and to me the dress looks 1960s as well.
