I used to have a very refined lady boss who used the expression, "I'm so mad, I could spit." Well, I'm so excited, I could spit.
A friend in Paris just sent me a photo of an Elle cover from 1957. It features one of my suits; I also have a matching cloth handbag. All are double knit wool.
This suit isn't quilted, has bound buttonholes, and a faux pocket. A lot of things it Shouldn't have. Claire
