The current issue of Vogue Pattern Magazine includes an article I wrote about Chicago Chic. Actually, it's a tiny article with lots of photos. I took the detail photos; the full garment views came from Chicago History Museum.

The fagoting on the Mainbocher blouse is truly exquisite.

I was fortunate enough to see this exhibit last month, on a visit to Chicago. It truly is stunning! I could've stayed in there all day. Even my husband was impressed. I will have to read your article. Thanks for pointing it out.
