Child\'s Tuxedo Shirts - 50s? 70s?

Hello. I found these wonderful little tuxedo shirts. I think I have figured out that one is from the 50s & the other is from the 70s. It would be great if someone could tell me whether I am correct or not (or even close!) & any additional info would be fantastic! TIA!







 
I know that design appears on older garments, but the Amalgamated Clothing Workers of America used that label until 1976. It's the collar that really gives it away. (And of course the 70's was big on frill for the guys.)
 
Just out of curiosity, could you provide a better picture of the union stamp? They used a few iterations of that label and I can't tell much from the picture. I am kind of a nut about union labels so would love to see a close up of possible.
