Christian Dior Item - 90s?

Hi, if anyone has any info about Christian Dior ready to wear clothing, would appreciate thoughts on dating this jacket. From what I’ve researched, it seems to be from sometime during the 90s due to the way the label and material/composition information is hand- written on the label?
