Christian Dior Loungewear - Philippines

Hi all,

I recently sold a vintage Dior robe and was contacted by the recipient who is claiming it is not authentic because of a tag on the seam that reads "made in the Philippines." I tried to find a list of manufacturing countries but all I could find was a Yahoo answers post and a bunch of eBay listings where the manufacturing company was listed as Philippines. Was wondering if any of you can help! Here's the robe:

Have you contacted Dior to ask if they have ever manufactured in the Phillipines and if so when?

I didn't even thank of that, Melanie! Thanks for the suggestion. The buyer actually found this post and has contacted them and is awaiting a reply. I'll post my findings!
