Christian Dior Paris Label need help identifying

Hi all,
I have a beautiful Christian Dior box style skirt suit which has the label "Patron Original Christian Dior Paris". I can't find reference to this label type anywhere and was hoping anyone could help.
I believe it to be 1950's.

Often the Patron Label was made for a manufacturer who would make very good copies of the design. Most have some couture techniques.

The Dior numbering is convoluted; the Patron Label designs may have had their own numbers which were different from the couture designs.
