christian dior tricots et coordonnes

I found a gorgeous button down silk Dior top with the classic CD monogram throughout. The shirt is made in Italy. The tag says "Christian Dior tricots et coordonnes". Does anyone know anything about this? Era? etc? Any info would be appreciated.

Danielle, if you post photos it will help a great deal.

I found this: "There followed the creation of lines of ready-to-wear in 1967, Christian Dior Knitwear-Coordinated in 1968 by Christian Dior in 1970 and Mr. Ready-to-wear fur in 1973."

And here's something about a trademark being filed in 1985 for the name.
