I have o wonderful brocarde wedding dress. The problem is that the skirt is lined with pellon for shape. Can you help me with some advice: how can I clean it? Thank you very much.

Dry cleaning is probably the only way suitable. I've washed pellon lined cotton, but pellon has cotton content, so the fabrics jive. Never washed anything of significance, though, just a couple of day dresses.
Sometimes it's worth the $8-$15 for me to dry clean, as I trust my cleaner. Just make sure to disclose that it's been cleaned, there are people out there that search for items where the seller has taken the cleaning risk.
