Cleaning vintage clothing from a smoking home

I recently purchased several beautiful vintage items from a lady who smoked. How would you recommend cleaning/deodorizing these items? Thanks again for your help!

Hand wash whatever is hand washable.

Leave it out to air on a clothes line, it can take a week or two, just be careful to bring it in if there is rain.
