Cleaning vintage pucci purse

Hello folks;
I recently purchased a vintage emilio pucci silk twill purse that is stained. I don't know how to clean it, and i'm scared to do it. I have called a couple of dry cleaners and they are scared to do it because it is backed with cardboard. Any suggestions?

Yes dry cleaning does not mean dry cleaning. You item gets wet just not with water but with chemicals.... How bad is the spot?
