I put this on my other Topic, but I thought I would do it this way too.

I went to Grandmother's yesterday.............

OOOOOHHHHHH....guys you won't believe the stuff I found.......
I have enough fall/winter stuff already picked out to sell when the time comes. But got some amazing summer items and some children & men stuff.

anyways-on wth the story.....

I have to tell you guys my little story. I am in the garage. I have made a maze through the clothes and the tables to get to the over side of the garage to a rack over there that has summer dresses on it. I get over there finally and start to rummage through it when suddenly the rack to my back falls on me. So here I am under some fall clothing on top of me and asking my mom if she could please remove the clothing off my back. Once I am out my mom turns to my grandmother and says "I guess the clothes were more hungry for her then she is for them"........:USEROCKY:

I wasn't hurt that bad, just knocked the breathe out of me, but after telling my hubby and friends, it was quite funny. But of course I couldn't get back to the summer rack I was looking at.

Jamie

Glad you are okay!

btw I wouldn't hesitate, Jamie, on a website format to put up some fall and winter things. In australia, it is fall, as winter is not really official til the solstice/equinox, but they are wearing cooler weather clothes there and that is what they are looking for. Also, if someone likes something, they will snap it up most any time of year, particularly accessories.

HMMMMM.....

I knew there was a reason I loved this place......Thank you Chris. I have a few now, but didn't really think outside of the US factor. Will be gong back in 2 weeks to get her. Grandmother is staying 2 weeks with my mom.....

oh bless you. my friend is a book seller on amazon and has far too many books in her attic which has been boarded out. she says she sometimes lays in bed listening to creaks and really hoping the ceiling doesn't cave in and bury her in books..the same goes for me and my attic and we joke about the headlines should such an event occur!

sounds like it was worth it though!

Jamie, can I come rummage at your Grandma's with you? (I promise to
make sure no hungry clothing tries to munch on you)

Sue

Sue, you surely may come with me.....
It would be fun to have someone that understands the excitement of seeing this stuff that hasn't seen the light of day in about 20+ years.

I think I will have to have eyes in the back of my head to watch out for those hungry monsters!!!!!
