Coat CP label

I purchased this Reveler coat 46" long with poodle cloth fabric at auction. The pockets and button holes are hand bound. Ornate buttons. The label reads national recovery suit and coat industry 444609 consumsumers protection manufactured by fair labor standards. Any info would help me understand the vintage and labels.

That looks like a wool boucle. Coat looks to be 1940s but do you happen to have a photo of the label?

The other label reads Revelers Original, but I don't know anything about it. I also would not call this poodle cloth, but wool bouclé—very pretty and with amazing looking buttons! I would say estimate mid 50s on your coat.

I agree it's wool bouclé and that it's '50s. I think it's early '50s.
