Ok, I know this is another fairly new dress, but I'd appreciate your help on this as well, as I want to sell it too. I love it, but to be honest, it's just too tight in the skirt, I'd better stop kidding myself that I'll ever wear it (I can get into it, but then I can barely move or sit down)...
I think this wasn't quite a cheap one when it was new.
It's a cocktail dress allright, but what words would you use in the description or a title? The skirt isn't really a bubble skirt, but it's sort of made in the same way, and I can't think of a way of describing it...
Also, I'm not sure about dating it. 90s? Or could it be 80s already? Sort of a cusper maybe?
The label is "Isabelle Allard" - anyone ever hear of her before? My googling turned up nothing much.
Also, the skirt has the slightest bit of discoloration, but you can only see it when looking at it closely, and it doesn't show on the photos. I will just mention it.
The bigger problem is this rip, right underneath the sash of the bow:
It's already been fixed, but I guess it's just been too tight for everybody who tried to wear it... I'll just leave it as it is I think? Anyone who can sew a bit can sort this out again, and it is usually hidden underneath the sash.
