Cold I get some help with this piece of romantic pink organza confection?

Adorable dress for the young at heart. It's a 1950s pink silk organza with a bolero jacket and gauntlets that are not shown. Is it okay on my hanging form or do I need to go for the dressform? I'll have to take the dressform apart if I do so please say no!

I am stumped on a description not to mention price point. I keep seeing Barbara Cartland heroine gown here. Ack, I admitted it. Any suggestions?
