Collar on Morton Myles dress/gown and dry cleaning 100% polyester?

Hi everyone. I bought this today and going to store it until next prom season because I don’t have an online store yet (working on it.). My question is do you think the point of the collar are supposed to be down or up? Also I have never dry cleaned anything 100% polyester but rather hand washed. Due to the structure of the dress I am going to dry clean. Would others agree with that. It is going to bring up my up front cost which I will have to pass on to the buyer obviously. Thanks.
