I hope everyone is enjoying the Tina Leser workshop. Lizzie will be checking back through the afternoon/evening as well as presenting more great info!

Through the 4th, we will be running with the "Star Spangled Fashion Preview" so to be sure to check back for some mroe great vintage!

Next Tuesday, July 6th, the second installment in "A Fashionable Summer" will commence. Exact time will be announced in the days leading up. Watch this board for details. This time we focus on designer Louella Ballerino, presented by Lin of The Noir Boudoir.

I have seen a sneak peak of some photos, etc, and you definitely will NOT want to miss it!

We hope that you will make this your "place" not just on tuesdays - but the entire week...for getting your questions answered, checking out what is available on the net, and chatting about vintage and networking with other folks who share your interests and is available to you 24 hours a day.
Sometimes the board runs fast, and sometimes during the day it is slower, but keep checking back because you never know who will pop in, or maybe you even hold the key to helping someone with a mystery!

I'm really enjoying all the info that Lizzie has been giving about
Tina Leser - fabulous to read, and also to have here.

I've been looking through my old fashion mags for examples of
Tina Leser stuff (I know it is there! - it is just hiding). I did come across
some Louella Ballerino pics and ads however and will get those to
Lin.

These workshops are terrific, especially as they are focusing on labels and designers that are not as familiar to some of us.

I am thrilled! really looking forward to seeing Sue's pics, and interested in the date too, as Louella's retirement date is a bit mysterious...

OK... well it's only a few hours away! ( 1 o'clock in the afternoon, British Summertime... meaning... I'll be here when you get up with your coffee on the East and West coasts!...last minute flurry of editing activity going on here)
