Concept VII by Halston ? (Update)

Hey everyone ! I picked up this dress because of the striking sequin detail and it felt well made. The dress is a wool knit, and also has fastenings at the neckline and cuff for missing trim. Zips up center back. I tried searching and could only find one blog who listed a dress as "Concept VII by Halston." Anyone know anything about this label? Dress is a vintage size 12. It feels late 70s early 80s to me.

I found out the dress is not Halston, but another great designer from the 70s 80s Ronald Kolodzie. I found it in an old magazine online. I can't believe I've never heard of him as he was very busy, designing under OdlR, DvF, and doing lots of costumes. He seems like an amazing man who had a wonderful life. Unfortunately I also found out he died this year.
