Hi All,
I'm fairly certain this is a 1970s baby?
The designer is Emiliana Wendel and I can't seem to find anything on her anywhere, only one relatively high priced dress currently listed somewhere on the internet!
Thanks for any help,
Lauren

BTW couldn't figure out how to edit the title of this query to EMILIANA....although I've seen both spellings.

To edit the subject line, Lauren, you just have to click on "thread tools" and a drop down option appears.
Choose edit thread and you will see your subject line header, you can edit it in that box. It's on the right hand side just above your initial post.

Definitely looks 70s, very pretty dress. I've never heard of this designer but it does look well made.

Lauren,

I believe the company name is Emiliana Moden and it was from West Germany. I think Wendel KH is the manufactur or retailer. I found records of it from as early as 1961 through around 1984 but I do agree the dress is from the 70s when Trevira was all the rage in Europe. My mother loved that material as it was very lightweight and didn't wrinkle.
