I have a pair of Converse Collette's that have never been worn. There was a yellow pair listed on etsy with the same type of label that said they were from the 50's or 60's. Would these be from that period?

Yes, this lightweight cotton canvas shoe with a thin rubber sole was a casual summer shoe style made by many companies.
